Odd Fellows Hall Rental

The "Hall" is a building for citizens to rent for meetings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, wedding receptions, etc. Many organizations in the community like the Kiwanis and the Snowmobile and ATV Clubs also use the Hall for their events. The Recreation Department also uses the "Hall" for many activities.

Renting the Odd Fellows Hall 

If you would like to rent the Easton Odd Fellows' Hall for an event or to see if a date is available, please call Cheryl Clark at the Town Office at 488-6652. You will need to fill out an application which includes a credit card number. The fee to rent the Hall is $50.00 plus a $5.00 key deposit that is returned to you when you return the key to the Town Office. You may obtain the application by clicking the link below and mail it in with the $55.00.

Applications may be hand-delivered to the Town Clerk's Office at 3 Station Road, Easton, ME 04740, faxed to (207) 488-7706, or mailed to:

Be sure to enclose the $50.00 fee plus $5.00 key deposit with your mailed application.

Note: The capacity in the "Hall" is 75 people. Due to fire safety code, you may not have more people than capacity allows.
